 Here at Heirloom we some exciting new things going on in the shop. First off we will soon be offering ply shells for both snares and kits in addition to our solid shells. These will be finished with the same attention to detail and options we provide with our solid shells as well.
We also will be offering some new finish options including a glazed finish. The glaze is applied around all the hardware, badge and both edges giving the drum depth and an “aged” look. This finish will be available over both stained and painted finishes.
In addition to ply shells and the glazed finish we will also begin offering some new lug choices including the classic vintage styled “Beavertail” lugs. Both single and double ended are available on both snares and full kits.

Here at Heirloom we've just finished up two snares featuring our new "Vintage Stave" shells that we'll be bringing to The 
Southern Drum Show. At 1/4" thick, these shells are far thinner than our standard shells and incorporate re-inforcement rings to help strengthen them. The two-ply shop made re-rings are available matched to the shell species or contrasted in any of our 11 shell species offered. The shells combine vintage style thin shell construction coupled with solid wood stave contruction resulting in a unique sound all to its own. Be sure to swing by the booth to check them out if you make to the show in Nashville.
Well, here at the Heirloom shop we've been busy gearing up for the 
Southern Drum Show with just a few weeks to go. We'll be bringing two kits to Nashville including a 4-pc Padauk kit(10"12"14"20") and a 3-pc Walnut kit(12"16"22"). In addition we'll have a wide selection of snares in an array of species, sizes and finishes. All of the inventory on hand as well as a limited number of special orders will be available at show special pricing. Also we'll be bringing a couple of snares featuring our Heirloom "Vintage Stave" shells. Details to follow!!
